This Blog is intended to bring the residents, home owners and anyone with a vested interest in the functions associated with the properties of Terracotta Village in Brampton. Remington home occupants will be first priority at this moment until we can look at the possibility of having Heathwood homes join our group. This portal would be used for all to be connected regarding matters of management, the board, functions, concerns, opionions etc.
Great to know. I think that Meagan from the Board stated that she and her team will try to get a reevaluation done on the property to see if we can get a lower estimate. The petition that was signed and supported by almost everyone of the owners was returned for some modifications. One or two members will be coming around to get enough signatures to request a meeting to elect a new Board. I would suggest that we use this to hold the current Board accountable for their promise and give them that opportunity. If they are not able to have something done by the time we meet then we should vote on a new Board. Irrespective, Meagan will be moving soon and we will need to fill her seat as President and Board member. We should get a meeting before the month of November is over.
